Life can be as complicated or as simple as you choose it to be. Today I woke up with anxieties that took over my entire body, racking it with sensations of fear and pain. My husband’s seasonal job ended, and so did our main income. I know the Lord always has a plan for us and we just need to chill out and let Him take over. However, tell that to my upside down, out of control, screaming, crazy, fanatical loud voices in my head!!! I thought if I got out of bed and took some deep breaths and did my yoga stretches and planked, my thoughts of panic would subside enough to find my reason and balance again… Wrong!!!! Instead, they just kept escalating to the point I thought there were a hundred people inside my head talking all at once… Everyone telling me what to do and what not to do… And in the end, I panicked even more as I realized at some point today I had responsibilities awaiting me.
It always amazes me how jobs and money can be sooooo powerful in one’s life, and how fast our lives can and do change because of it. I know everyone has their journey to live and burdens to carry, however right now that isn’t giving me the comfort I needed to calm the heck down…
And in this KlackyLee moment, I realized I needed to go down my mental “grateful for” list… Starting with my relationship with my God, my wonderful husband, health, good friends, beautiful home, my children, grandchildren, my little part time job, my paintings in a gallery, and most important, my ability to be able to walk over to the medicine cabinet… open it up and pop one of those sweet lorazepam into my waiting mouth, and in my craziness, call it a day!!!

Yes your life can be as complicated or as simple as you choose it to be, you have the choice!
You may find yourself in a bad situation but there is always a good in it, keep an open mind and look for it – its there folks!
A good thing to remember for any anxiety and you feel the whole world crashing down is that you need to put your trust in the Lord and hand him the controls, what pleases him more when you ask for his help and hand it all up for him to handle – For I can do anything God asks me to with the help of Christ who gives me the strength and the power. PHP 4:13
But also if you feel you need a little help that’s OK to (after all you do know what your body needs) and how to take care of it during times of anxiety….. My anxiety level has come down drastically since I started up with my church, ministry’s, retreats, singing, …. Now 2 years ago if I was having all these health problems back and forth to hospitals and Rehabilitation Centers I would be having one panic attack after the other but I’m not I am more grounded and at peace.

Well RAINE, that just goes to say that everyone deals with stress in unique and individual ways. What seems to work for one may not for another! It seems you have your life in good order and have found a way to balance your emotions and stress through spiritual channels. I am happy that you have found your centeredness and peace! Keep moving forward in your happiness! Klackklackxoxo

This story was a time in my life when we moved out here to Utah and everything in my life was so hard for me to deal with! I no longer need the help of my little white pills to calm me down however, I am so grateful for the short time I needed them! Now, my yoga and gym seem to do the trick! Xoxoxoxo

I don’t want to say I’m happy that you have been there too but it’s nice to know that I am not the only one! Thanks for sharing, Julie! Xoxoxoxo

I LOVE WHAT YOU HAD TO SAY IT IS SO TRUE HOW THOSE LITTLE THINGS HAVE SUCH A LARGE IMPACT. THE RABBI TOLD US YESTERDAY THAT IF YOU ARE WEALTHY YOU ARE LUCKY. THAT DID NOT MEAN ASSETS. IT WAS FRIENDS AND PEACE OF MIND AND CONTENTMENT.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT IN THESE TOUGH TIMES
